We partner with you from the first conversation to the final moment in the room,
so you can lead with confidence and host an experience that makes a difference.
1. Start the Conversation
Contact our office to begin the conversation about your event.
We’ll review your goals, your audience, your preferred date, and confirm Lydia’s availability.
If it’s a strong fit, we’ll place a temporary hold on your date while we walk through the details and finalize the engagement.
This is a collaborative process.
We don’t just book speaking engagements — we build leadership experiences.
2. Book Your Date
To secure your date on Lydia’s calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
We’ll send your agreement for review and signature via e-sign so everything can be completed quickly and smoothly.
Once your contract is signed, our team will schedule a pre-event conversation with Lydia to align on your goals, your audience, and the experience you want to create.
We don’t just show up and speak.
We prepare, partner, and design the experience with you.
3. Consultation & Program Design
Lydia will meet with you and key members of your team by phone or video to understand your organization, your audience, your event theme, your objectives, and anything else you would like to discuss about the event.
This conversation gives her the insight she needs to design a program that fits your culture, your people, and your goals — not a recycled keynote.

4. Payment & Event Coordination
The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event.
As your event approaches, our team will confirm room setup, coordinate travel and staging details, and provide any marketing materials you may need to support your program.
From logistics to experience design, we stay connected so nothing is left to chance.
5. When It’s Go Time
For out-of-town engagements, Lydia arrives the day before the event to allow time for travel, setup, and a full production walk-through.
Every program includes a complete sound check and technical review before showtime so the room, the stage, and the experience are fully ready.
We believe great events don’t happen by accident.
They’re prepared for.
6. When the Notes Settle
When the program wraps, we gather audience feedback and testimonials through a simple post-event survey experience.
You’ll receive a curated set of responses and insights you can share with your team, leadership, and stakeholders.
Because this wasn’t just a moment.
